Ooft! Aged Hot Sauce

Ooft! is the only hot sauce in the UK that is aged like fine wine for 1-3 years. We don't just bottle, we let time develop flavour and richness. We make a lovely artisan scotch bonnet hot sauce and a very rich Chipotle. All our products are made by hand in our small Scottish hamlet. Every pepper is hand washed and cleaned, we leave nothing to chance and machines. We lay the sauce down just like wine and it loves to age SLOWLY. Many purchasers have said this is the best sauce they have ever tasted.
