Our Bed and Breakfast in Hawick is the premier place to stay in this eloquent Border town which is great to visit on foot and has many a tale to tell: From its feudal past to the woollen mills of the industrial revolution, Hawick has played an important role in the fortunes of the region. Today you can glimpse its tempestuous and rich history in the fine quality of its superbly carved sandstone buildings, statuary and Town Hall of baronial proportions.

Lovely and clean room, even though we looked out onto the street it was quiet.
Hotel owners are very friendly and happy to help with any questions.

“Pleasant experience”
My partner and I stayed for two nights ( which we would have extended if possible!) . Our room was very well presented, spotlessly clean and fitted to a very good standard. A delightful bonus was the very useful and easy to use coffee/hot drinks machine. (Further supplies stored and made available outside your room - so no need to wait for top up the next day). Excellent breakfast both mornings. Based just near enough to the Town centre and within easy reach of all border towns - I really cant recommend a better place to stay...
“Stayed for wedding fantastic B&B no faults”
We stayed for a family wedding was a fantastic room with plenty of room nice clean en-suite nice friendly people who are running. it turned out the owner Eileen also owned the venue were the wedding was held which was also of a high standard no complaints at all

Stayed here with my mom as we were doing tourist things and ancestry research. Eilleen and Emannual went out of their way to accommodate us....even let us do our laundry no charge, which some did charge. The dining room was nice, breakfast was good and we just loved their two shi-tzu's, Louis and Pepe. I would advise anyone to stay here, will not be disappointed. The rooms were very clean and taken care of.
“Fab Place”
Stayed with my mother for 3 night and found the guest house to be of the highest standard. Clean, modern lovely rooms with great breakfast.Both Eileen and Emannual were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Loved Pepe and Louis will stay again on our next trip.
