Situated within a nine mile radius of Sunnycroft Farmhouse are no fewer than four of the Borders' main towns. Both Edinburgh and Carlisle are an hour's drive and linked by the A7 trunk road, which is only half a mile from the farm. Newcastle can be reached in an hour and a half, and Glasgow in two.

Accommodation
Offering accommodation for up to 4 people, plus 1 baby (cot and highchair available). Rooms have flatscreen TV/DVD player with selection of films, books, hairdryer, alarm clock, free WiFi Internet access and both overlook the garden and beyond towards stunning countryside.
WC/shower room for exclusive use of guests.
Iron and ironing board. Guests’ Breakfasting Room/TV lounge
Comfy seating, TV, breakfasting table, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh fruit, fridge, free WiFi internet access, games.
We can also provide stabling by prior arrangement. As we have livestock on our farm and working dogs we cannot allow guests to bring their dogs.
Bikes can be securely parked up.
Packed lunches can be provided if required.
Service wash: £ 5/load and drying facilities for clothes/shoes.
All parking is off road.
