High Pressure washing / Soft Washing

First impressions are everything and the first thing most people see when they come to your property is your driveway. If your selling your house or just hate staring at that horrible green moss and weed sitting on your drive then high power pressure washing is the way to go! Our industrial powered jet washers make easy work of your mucky drive and make it like new! Also unlike many other company's we collected any loose debris that has come off your drive and take it away with us. Although we can carry 500 litres of water, we will need access to a tap (inside or outside, we have the adapters needed)


If you have your block paving jetwashed it must be re-sanded. Once the drive has dried (1-2 days) we will come back to your property and carefully sweep kiln dried sand back into your block paving so its solid for years to come.

If you have wooden decking you know how hard it is to keep clean, almost impossible. Wood is very porous, so care must be taken when cleaning. We have the knowledge and equipment to carefully clean the decking as to not ruin the finish. If the decking is well aged, it might need re-staining/painting. The decking needs to be fully dried (2-3 days depending on weather) and re-sealing/painting as necessary.

Under the right conditions moss thrives - damp, cold, acidic and in-directed sunlight, in other words typical Scottish weather! So most property's will have moss build up of some sort. In the case of buildings you have to be very careful with using a jet wash to remove it as you can easily damage brickwork/render etc. Our methods are non evasive but still effective at removing moss and getting your house looking like new.

Drain Jetting / CCTV Surverys

We've all been there, there's nothing worse than a blocked drain! When your drains are blocked all you want to do is get it unblocked as quickly and cheaply as possible... WELL! One phone call to us and we can usually be out within the hour, 24 hours a day 7 days a week!


Most blockages can be cleared within an hour but for the more stubborn blocked drains we can use our high pressure jetting equipment to blast through and clean the drain. If problems are recurring or damage is suspected we also offer a CCTV survey. We also retrieve lost/broken rods that have got stuck in a drain.

Drains can block for many reasons, most of the time its usually a minor blockage that is easily cleared with the right equipment. Sometimes it can be more complicated. If your drains block on a regular basis its in your best interest to find out why, otherwise the problem may get worse! The first thing you'll need is a CCTV drain survey to find out exactly where the problem is and why its occurring. The most common problems are roots, broken pipes/joints, compressed pipes or not enough run off. These can be a nightmare for a homeowner but with our knowledge and equipment these nightmares are a walk it the park and we'll have your drains fixed in no time!

Broken/damaged man holes can be a major issue when it comes to drains. Not only is a damaged man hole cover dangerous, chances are it will be letting things in your drain you don't want to be there. Most of the time a small repair is all that is needed but we also offer a full replacement manhole service.
